GFLP is a non-profit tax exempt organization founded by Dharma Master Hsin Tao, who also is the founder of the Museum of World Religions. In accordance with the philosophy of respect for all faiths, tolerance for all cultures, and love for all life, GFLP is dedicated to building a harmonious world through promoting values-based education, organizing and directing activities for young people in the field of social service, and sponsoring interfaith dialogues.

To transform the power of love into action, GFLP

* organizes intercultural and interfaith dialogues,
working toward conflict resolution and the establishment of peace;
* promotes values-based education and establishes international
meditation centers around the world;
* creates international youth interfaith groups, planning peace education
and working toward the inaugration of a university of world religions; and
* initiating war orphans educational programs.

GFLP was honored to be one of the primary sponsors of the 55th Annual DPI/NGO Conference held in at the United Nations in September 2002 ("Rebuliding Societies Emerging from Conflict: A Shared Responsibility"), and the Buddhist Muslim Dialogue Conference on Global Ethics and Good Governance held in May, 2003 at UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
