Kenya: Bomet Town And Lugusi Town on 18th September, 2004.
The Interfaith dialogue was sponsored by Bomet Generating Hope In action. 16 differrent denominations and three non christian religions participated in the dialogue. Indeed it was a wonderful experience! The activities featured in the dialogue were:-
(a) Drama.Presented by There secondary Schools.
(b) Poem presentation by two primary Schools.
(c) Speeches.Presented by leaders of religious Groups
(d) Religious songs from different denominations.
(e) Sports-Football between two seconary schools.
The all events covered the all day from 10.00am to 5.30pm. All the activities were mainly targeting any of the following:-
* Non violence
* Respect for life
* A just economic order
* Tolerance
* A life of truthfulness
* Gender equality
